MIL-PRF-24635C is a high solids, VOC compliant (340 g/L), air drying, silicone alkyd enamel. Formulated for use on primed metal, GRP, wood, and plastic/composite surfaces.
MIL-PRF-22750F High Solids Epoxy Topcoat is a 2.8 lb/gal VOC compliant high solids two component epoxy topcoat. This epoxy coating is intended for use as a topcoat for the interior of military ground equipment. This product is applied over specified epoxy primers.
The MIL-PRF-22750 products have been approved by the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC), Patuxent River, MD. Copies of approval letter are available upon request.
Mil-24441, Type III is a VOC compliant epoxy polyamide system, formulated for immersion service and to protect surfaces from environmental attack. For use where air pollution regulations for marine coatings are restricted to a maximum of 340 g/L or 2.8 lb/gal.
Ordnance High Solids Polyurethane, F92AC0603 is a low VOC, high solids polyurethane topcoat designed as a finish coat for military ground support equipment This product is on QPL for MIL-PRF-85285D, Type 2. Class H. This product should be applied over specified substrates and primers.
Fed. Std. 595 Color #33446 URA-ZEN is the trade name for Hentzen's two-component urethane coatings. This 2.8 VOC coating conforms to MIL-PRF-85285D Type II. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance, outstanding toughness, flexibility, abrasion resistance, and excellent outside durability.
This coating serves as a corrosion inhibitor for painted and unpainted aluminum. It also enhances adhesion of paint, rubbert, adhesives and other organic coatings.
Mil-24441B, Type III is a two component, VOC compliant epoxy polyamide system, formulated for immersion service and to protect surfaces from environmental attack. For use where air pollution regulations for marine coatings are restricted to a maximum of 340 g/L or 2.8 lb/gal. This product complies with QPL Mil-P-24441B-103, Type III.
Meets AMS-S-8802 formerly MIL-S-8802F, Type II. CS 3204 h a fuel resistant sealant for use on integral fuel tanks and pressurized cabins as well as other areas subject to contact with aircraft fuels, lubricant, oils, water and/or weathering.
CS 3204 is a two-part polysulfide base compound which cures at room temperature to a flexible, resilient rubber with excellent adhesion to aluminum, magnesium, titanium, steel, and numerous other materials, CS 3204 is designed to withstand the attack of sulphur compounds that are present in jet fuel. When mixed, CS 3204 Class A is a self leveling liquid. CS 3204 Class B is a thixotropic paste that will not flow or sag on vertical or overhead surfaces.
(2) The 02Y024 and 02Y037 chemically cured, two-component, conventional solids, epoxy-polyamide primers for application on aircraft and aerospace equipment. Component A contains the pigment and epoxy resin. Component B is a clear, non-pigmented polyamide component, which acts as a hardener or curing agent for Component A. When these epoxy primers are used over properly prepared substrates, they provide a corrosion inhibiting, chemical and solvent resistant film suitable for topcoat. The cured primers are resistant to immersion in water, jet fuels, lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids.
