Ordnance High Solids Polyurethane, F92AC0603 is a low VOC, high solids polyurethane topcoat designed as a finish coat for military ground support equipment This product is on QPL for MIL-PRF-85285D, Type 2. Class H. This product should be applied over specified substrates and primers.

Pretreatment (Primary)

Ferrous Substrates : Use MIL-P-53022B primer, i.e. E90W201 (Type 1), E90H226 (Type 2) or MIUP53030, i.e. E90W501.

Non Ferrous : Use MIL-P-53022B or MIL-P53030 or MIL-P-23377G, Type 1, Class C or M1L-PRF-85582C, Type 1, Class C2, E90Y500.

Advantages

  4. Good combination of pot life and dry time.

Cautions
    Two package urethane coatings contain isocyanates. These materials may sensitize certain individuals. In spray application where overspray is not controlled, air-supplied respirators are recommended to prevent exposure. Where air-supplied respirators are not available, a chemical cartridge particulate combination respirator recommended by the manufacturer for protection against isocyanate spray paint should be used. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for further information. Contact your local Sherwin-Williams representative for MSDS.
